In addition to my work with the Everyday Banking Replatforming eam, I have been a key contributor to the Public Website Team, where I played a crucial role in improving several user journeys, including:

  • Budget and Overdraft calculators: Enhanced the usability and accessibility of these financial tools, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.

  • NatWest Invest Journey: Streamlined the customer experience for investment services, making the process more intuitive and efficient.

  • Web Reimagined Strategy: Contributed to a broader strategy aimed at creating a reimagined, purposeful, and supportive experience across NatWest’s public website.

Furthermore, I have led impactful initiatives such as:

  • Embedding Accessibility in the End-to-End Design Process: Championed accessibility from the ground up, ensuring inclusivity and compliance throughout the entire design lifecycle.

  • Creating a Coaching Culture in the HCD Team: Cultivated a coaching-oriented culture within the Human-Centered Design (HCD) team, fostering continuous growth and innovation.
