Budget and Overdraft calculators: Enhanced the usability and accessibility of these financial tools, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
NatWest Invest Journey: Streamlined the customer experience for investment services, making the process more intuitive and efficient.
Web Reimagined Strategy: Contributed to a broader strategy aimed at creating a reimagined, purposeful, and supportive experience across NatWest’s public website.
Furthermore, I have led impactful initiatives such as:
Embedding Accessibility in the End-to-End Design Process: Championed accessibility from the ground up, ensuring inclusivity and compliance throughout the entire design lifecycle.
Creating a Coaching Culture in the HCD Team: Cultivated a coaching-oriented culture within the Human-Centered Design (HCD) team, fostering continuous growth and innovation.
